GIT: the beach for any desire
The beach of Grado is divided into several beaches. The GIT beach is the main ones, it extends along the whole area of Città Giardino and is only 200 m away from our Hotel Argentina. Neat, tidy and clean, this part of coast is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sunbeds, and seduces people with its blue flag sea and its fine golden sand. The greater strength of the GIT beach in Grado lies in its ability to satisfy any desire: it offers many services and equipments, thanks which it can fulfill any need and become so special.
For children and families
Those who is going to go on holiday to Grado with the whole family will be attracted by the numerous activities that enliven the days at the beach from June to September.
The most dynamic people get involved by dances, games and other entertainments: the animation plan is really rich and varied/various. The baby beach is the beach area totally dedicated to children: 40 oversized sun umbrellas, gazebos to change the younger children and many toys. All under the attentive supervision of a lifeguard. The MiniClub of the GIT beach will be your children's favorite place: professionalism and fun are guaranteed. How to blame the little ones who want to spend right there their afternoons at the beach?! Relaxation is guaranteed for their parents.
Grade has also thought about the comfort of new mothers, providing the beach with specific areas and services just for them, called mother's room: they are quiet and cozy rooms designed for the care of newborns, equipped with changing table, shower for the bath, hot water and bottle warmer.
For lovers of relaxation: the Marine Spa
In the area of the GIT beach there are also the famous Terme Marine of Grado. Between a dip and another you can treat yourself to some ralaxing treatments. The Spa complex is obviously also a perfect alternative to the classical day at the beach, without renouncing to the sea view, that is ensured by the favoured position of the Gradese thermal complex, which overlooks the Adriatic sea. The historical importance of the Baths, that between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries were attended by the Venetian and Austrian nobles, as well as by the stars of the time, has increased the prestige and fame of the Spa over the years. Now, in addition to the traditional thalassotherapy treatments and the famous sandblastings, they have been added massages, aesthetics and wellness treatments, and have been built an Aquatic Thermal Park, much appreciated by children.

The opportunities to practice sports on the beach are certainly not lacking in Grado, for the happiness of sport addicted people but also of those who love taking a few time to keep in shape on holiday.
There are a wealth of choices: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, swimming, beach volleyball and beach soccer. In the peripheral area of the GIT beach a specific area has been set up with fields for practicing team sports.
For those who prefer land-based sports, no worries: running, biking, horse riding, tennis and a 18-hole golf course are all within easy reach.

The entry and bookings are separated, but the location is within the GIT Beach area: we are talking about the Lido of Fido, the beach for dogs in Grado. Here is the wonderful corner of the beach where dogs can accompany their owners to the beach, cool off from the sun with a nice swim in the sea and relax under the sun umbrella, lying on comfortable sun bed.
